LMSW, RYT 500
In my work as a therapist, yoga teacher, bodyworker, facilitator, educator, and organizer, I am committed to offering multiple, integrative pathways to healing and connection. I recognize that not every individual is ready to talk—and that practices like yoga or mindfulness may not resonate with everyone. For this reason I infuse evidence-based approaches and honor the roots of embodied, somatic wisdom, tailoring each experience to meet people where they are. Offering choices to those who may not have been given this opportunity before can help restore agency. I am deeply passionate about working across the lifespan—from infants to those nearing their final chapters. Children invite me into curiosity, creativity, and play, while adults offer opportunities for grounded reflection and deep emotional insight.
My multicultural and multilingual experiences continue to teach me humility and patience, especially as I navigate holding space in both English and Spanish. I draw from my global experiences while centering the unique needs of each person and community I work with. I believe in helping people release the shame that oppressive systems instill while offering care that is compassionate, creative, and collaborative.
I am continuously learning, unlearning, evolving, and committed to deepening my understanding of what it means to support individuals through authenticity and attunement. I am honored to walk alongside others as they navigate their own paths toward healing, growth, and wholeness.
